I am generous with my time and genuinely enjoy being with you. A typical session is ten to sometimes thirty minutes of chatting to see where you are and time to wind down from your day. I slip out of the room so you can envelope yourself in the warm sheets and have a moment to yourself. When I re-enter our sacred space, I make sure you are completely comfortable and then gently sink into your body and listen. That is the time when the essential oils want to come out and play.
